The role involves: + Performing sub-assemblies and final assemblies + Inspecting your own work as well as the work of others + Working under a microscope or magnifying glass (experience required) + Demonstrating strong hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity + Following procedures and documenting processes, adhering to GMP standards + Assisting in packaging final goods + Keeping up to date with online training in the Quality Management System **Skills & Qualifications:** + Experience in the medical device industry preferred + Computer-aided experience is a plus + Willingness to be trained on laser welding equipment + Experience working with robots and specialized equipment **Shift & Pay:** + **Shift:** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + **Pay:** $20-$24/hour (depending on relevant experience) The ideal candidate must be willing to follow procedures meticulously and document their work accurately.
