**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleanroom Assemblers. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling catheters that are used to prevent aneurysms in the brain. The work involves using a microscope and small hand tools to handle delicate components such as coiling wire and small tubing. This is a great opportunity to work in a cleanroom environment and contribute to life-saving medical devices.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble small components for catheters under a microscope.
+ Utilize small hand tools to handle delicate parts such as coiling wire and small tubing.
+ Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail during assembly tasks.
+ Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and procedures.
+ Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
+ Proficiency with small hand tools.
+ Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality control.
+ Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
+ Willingness to work long hours, including 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
+ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are crucial.

**Work Environment**
You will be working in a cleanroom environment where full gowning is required. The manager is understanding and supportive, providing multiple chances as long as you demonstrate good attendance and effort. The work schedule typically includes 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week, with an average of 40 to 45 hours per week. We encourage a positive and communicative atmosphere in the cleanroom, as long as the work quality remains high.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00
