**Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler** **Job Description** A career here is like no other. At this facility, the assembler role is responsible for the day-to-day production and packaging of components used in our medical devices. You will be a key member of a manufacturing team that is dedicated to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and achieving production goals. In this role, you will be working in a clean room manufacturing environment that requires you to wear personal protective equipment including eyewear, ear plugs, hair net, and protective gowning. We recognize there is a patient at the end of every one of our products. Join us in our mission to save lives! **Responsibilities** + Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations following Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures. + Work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions. + Set initial layouts and use a variety of tools to prepare products. + Make continuity checks on work in process and completed. + Conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. + Operate packaging machine. + Box and apply labeling materials. **Essential Skills** + No experience required + General labor + Cleanroom assembly + Production + Medical assembly **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a clean room manufacturing environment + Experience using measuring devices and hand tools **Why Work Here?** We offer an air-conditioned environment and a sit-down job at a nationwide company. Join us in shaping the future of healthcare. **Work Environment** You will be working in a clean room manufacturing environment requiring the use of personal protective equipment. Shifts are as follows: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM. Compensation includes $16.50 an hour plus a $1.50 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
