Our Hayward facility specializes in manufacturing advanced wound closure products, FLOSEAL and COSEAL, which play a crucial role in post-surgery recovery. Job Overview: As a Primary Packaging Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our cleanroom packaging team. You’ll operate sophisticated machinery to pouch life-saving products, ensuring they are ready for use in critical medical procedures. This role requires full gowning, similar to a HAZMAT suit, to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Key Responsibilities: + Work in a cleanroom environment with full gowning (face, legs, hands, head, beard, feet, and torso covered). + Operate and monitor packaging machines, ensuring smooth and efficient production. + Rotate stations every 2 hours to maintain focus and productivity, with stretching exercises between rotations. + Handle syringes of various sizes (5MM and 10MM) filled with gel, with minimal lifting (up to 25 lbs, less than 10% of the day). + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict SOPs and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: + Minimum 6 months of experience working in a cleanroom or GMP environment. + Strong job tenure and reliability. + Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, lifting, and moving throughout the day. + Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding). + Ability to follow strict procedures and regulations. + Excellent attendance record, understanding the critical nature of our products. **Are you ready to make a difference in the healthcare industry?
