Job Description
Perform equipment measurements and inspections based on written documentation. Perform daily maintenance, both ongoing and preventative, of all equipment within assigned area. Ensure the use of the correct maintenance procedures and checklists/specs. Assist in the investigation and resolution of process problems within assigned area. Ensure that thorough documentation concerning equipment is properly recorded and tracked. Primary support to coaters, microscopes, pumps, and other equipment as required. Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform equipment measurements and inspections based on written documentation.Conduct daily maintenance, both ongoing and preventative, of all equipment within assigned area.Ensure the use of correct maintenance procedures and checklists/specs.Assist in the investigation and resolution of process problems within assigned area.Ensure thorough documentation concerning equipment is properly recorded and tracked.Provide primary support to coaters, microscopes, pumps, and other equipment as required.Troubleshoot and repair equipment.Follow SOPs.Check quality and operation of work.Maintain all required documentation.Solder wires and cable connections as required.Read blueprints.Essential SkillsProficiency with electrical test equipment such as multimeters and microscopes.Ability to read and follow electro-mechanical assembly drawings, procedures, and schematics.Ability to follow written procedures to maintain GMP compliance and ISO certification.Very good computer skills and knowledge.Detail-oriented and ability to work as a team with other technicians.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to self-manage required tasks to completion in a timely manner.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience working in a cleanroom environment preferred.Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) knowledge a plus.Working knowledge of Oracle application preferred.Ability to repetitively lift and carry product.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Clean Room Enviornment, Manufacturing Technician 1 - 1st Shift: 6AM to 3PM with a 1-hour lunch. Manufacturing Technician I - 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm with potential for overtime as needed. Electro/Mechanical Assembler I: 6:00am – 2:30pm. Requires wearing a gown and hair cap in the cleanroom.
