**Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator** **Responsibilities** + Operate packaging machinery within a cleanroom environment. + Adhere to full gowning requirements, including wearing a suit similar to a HAZMAT suit. + Rotate stations every two hours to ensure variety and reduce fatigue. + Perform stretches between rotations to maintain physical well-being. + Work with different production lines to fill syringes with gel. + Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs, but typically less than 10% of the day. + Follow SOPs and GMPs precisely to maintain regulatory compliance. + Stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions while packaging products. **Essential Skills** + Comfortable working in a highly regulated environment with strict adherence to SOPs and GMPs. + Ability to perform highly repetitive tasks. + Willingness to do physical work requiring prolonged standing and repetitive motion. + Strong team player with excellent attendance. + Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in manufacturing, packaging, production, GMP, cleanroom, medical device assembly, and inspection is a plus. + Must pass a 10-panel drug test, 7-year background check, employment verification, and vision test. + Must have physical proof of HS Diploma/GED prior to employment. + Willingness to submit to a post-offer vision acuity test (glasses allowed, no contacts). **Why Work Here?** This is an opportunity to grow your career with a well-established medical device company.
