You will be working in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment, focusing on the packaging of critical medical products that aid in wound closure post-surgery. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and safety of our medical devices, which save lives every day. **Responsibilities** + Operate packaging machines in a cleanroom environment. + Wear full gowning, similar to a HAZMAT suit, to maintain cleanliness standards. + Rotate stations every 2 hours to perform various tasks and stretches to maintain productivity. + Fill syringes of different sizes with gel (5MM and 10MM syringes). + Lift up to 25 lbs., although lifting is required less than 10% of the day. + Perform repetitive tasks while standing for prolonged periods. + Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). **Essential Skills** + Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production. + Comfortable working in a highly regulated environment. + Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision. + Excellent attendance and team-player mentality. + Experience with GMP and cleanroom protocols. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must pass a 10-panel drug test + Must undergo a vision acuity test and cannot wear contacts in the cleanroom, but glasses are allowed. + Must provide physical proof of a high school diploma or GED prior to employment. **Why Work Here?** Join a well-established, multinational medical device company offering stability and growth opportunities. Orientation on the first day runs from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, after which normal hours apply. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hayward, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
