**Cleanroom Supervisor**
**Pay:** $60,000 - $70,000 annually
**Shift:** Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
**Job Description**
The Cleanroom Supervisor position is responsible for ensuring successful day-to-day operations in an assembly environment. The supervisor plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. The role also involves coordinating activities of the production departments with sales, quality, warehouse, maintenance, and vendors.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review the production schedule and modify as needed to meet expected capacity.
+ Review and recommend changes to improve quality and operational efficiency.
+ Maintain appropriate workflow by monitoring steps of the process, including setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points.
+ Coordinate the disposal of hazardous waste and maintain records for annual reporting.
+ Ensure compliance with QMS processes, AS9100, AS9120, and ISO9001 standards as well as all relevant WISHA and OSHA standards.
+ Perform inventory and purchasing of consumables and lubricants while maintaining shelf life requirements.
+ Read and interpret documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Build and manage a strong workforce positioned to achieve company goals, consistent with budget considerations, and aligned with staffing plans.
+ Ensure employees are appropriately recruited, selected, coached, appraised, and rewarded; take action to address performance problems.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years of related experience in assembly supervision.
+ Experience with AS9100, ISO9001/2000 standards.
+ Inventory control expertise.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Cleanroom supervision experience preferred.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a cleanroom setting. The noise level is usually moderate, but at times can be high. The role requires frequent lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds, occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds, and rarely lifting or moving of up to 70 pounds. It also involves frequent standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Occasionally, the role requires sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The employee must have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Issaquah, Washington.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
