**Job Title: Entry Level Assembler** **Pay: $16 - $17.30/hr** **Job Description** Candidates will be using hand tools and different machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies used in multiple fields. **Responsibilities** + Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches. + Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller pieces. + Perform quality checks on assembled components before moving to the next steps. + Use computers to access step-by-step instructions for each assembly. + Log into multiple programs to access the correct instructions. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and assembly work. + Basic computer operation skills. + Experience with soldering and using hand tools. + General production skills including picking and packaging. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1 year of assembly experience preferred. + 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay. + Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a clean, climate and humidity-controlled facility kept at 70 degrees year-round.
