**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
This company manufactures gloves for industrial, pharmaceutical, and nuclear companies.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate automated machinery using a control screen.
+ Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments via the machine's control screen.
+ Document levels of each batch of gloves being made and track each cycle in the process.
+ Inspect machines and gloves while the production cycle is running.
+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when operating equipment.
+ Perform lock out tag out procedures when moving machines.
+ Move to different machines to start new batches when machines are in cycle.
+ Clean the tanks that produce the gloves 1-2 times a month.
**Essential Skills**
+ Machine operating experience.
+ Experience following SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
+ Good attention to detail.
+ Basic computer skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with production and machine operation.
+ Familiarity with inspection and cleanroom procedures.

**Work Environment**
This is a 2nd shift position from 2:00pm - 10:30pm, with shifts running Thursday to Monday and Friday to Tuesday. You will work in a cleanroom environment, requiring lab coats on the production floor. The team size is small, with about 6 people per shift. The environment is temperature-controlled and may have a paint-like smell. You must adhere to strict cleanliness standards and occasionally wear respirators.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Marcos, California.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
