**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process for gloves used in industrial, pharmaceutical, and nuclear industries. You will operate and troubleshoot automated machinery while ensuring quality and efficiency in production. **Responsibilities** + Operate automated machinery, primarily controlled using a screen. + Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments using the machine's control screen. + Document and track levels of each batch of gloves being made and monitor each cycle in the process. + Inspect machines and gloves during the production cycle. + Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when operating equipment. + Perform lock out tag out procedures when moving machines. + Initiate new batches on different machines while existing cycles run. + Clean the tanks that produce the gloves 1-2 times a month. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation. + Proficiency in following SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). + Basic computer skills. + Good attention to detail. **Work Environment** This is a 3rd shift position from 10:00pm to 6:30am, Thursday through Monday. You will work in a cleanroom environment where lab coats are required upon entering the production floor.
