**Position: Cleanroom Technician** **Pay:** $20.00-$22.00 per hour (weekly pay) **Shift Hours:** + **1st Shift:** 7:00am-3:00pm (Monday-Friday) + **2nd Shift:** 3:00pm-1:00am (Monday-Thursday), must be able to train on 1st shift **Job Description:** + Work for an ISO9001/AS9100 certified company specializing in thermal control parts for Aerospace (Boeing and SpaceX). + Increased orders have led to multiple openings for cleanroom technicians. **Responsibilities:** + Sew heavy canvas using industrial sewing machines. + Read measurements and cut materials. + Understand shop prints and ISO documentation. + Document activities accurately. + Wear cleanroom attire (bonnet, smock, booties, veil, beard guard, gloves). **Skills & Qualifications:** + **Must Have:** + Good English skills. + Willingness to work hard and good work history. + 3+ months of sewing experience or 6 months of manufacturing experience. + Ability to pass reading, English, and math tests. + 6 months of experience in inspection, assembly, or documentation. + Ability to read a ruler. + Ability to lift 25 lbs. + **Preferred:** + Ability to read blueprints. + GED/High School diploma. + Cleanroom experience. **Why Work Here?** + Promotion opportunities. + $1,000 hire-on bonus after 600 hours. + 3% automatic 401k contribution, profit sharing, 3 weeks of PTO, $250 annual anniversary bonus. + Fun and engaging company culture. **Work Environment:** + Clean, organized, temperature-controlled facility in Farmington, Minnesota. + Cleanroom environment with required attire. **Job Type & Location:** + Contract to Hire position in Farmington, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
