**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician (PVS)** **Job Description** We are looking for dedicated Cleanroom Technicians to join our team in the Automatic Pour Room (APR), where you will be involved in producing media for petri dishes. This position may involve handling sheep's blood in bags and cleaning petri dishes. You will be responsible for packing, quality assurance, production, documentation of packaging procedures, and other warehouse duties. This role requires lifting, twisting, and pushing up to 30 lbs repetitively, filling out paperwork throughout the shift, performing basic math with a calculator, and working on your feet the entire shift. Please note that candidates must clear background and drug tests before starting, which could take 1-2 weeks. Shifts available are as follows: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, $17/hr), 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm, $19.55/hr), and 3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am, $19.55/hr). **Hard Skills** + Basic math with a calculator + Quality assurance + Production documentation + Warehouse duties **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Ability to work on feet for extended periods + Teamwork + Good attendance record **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in LENEXA, Kansas. **Work Environment** Climate controlled environment with occasional smells of yeast/vinegar (Building 1 only). Certain areas are loud, and earplugs are provided. You may work in small groups or independently. The dress code includes jeans, t-shirts, and sweatshirts (nothing offensive).
