Here’s what you will be doing:

The Clearance Clerk is responsible for real time analysis and assisting in the coordination and balancing of Shipping/Clearance Operations. This role will monitor and document all productivity measurements, support the Shipping Manager/Lead to ensure all tasks are ready for the production crew, and support the Shipping Manager/Lead to ensure all end of day (EOD) tasks are completed. Collect and record current productivity numbers and report them to the Shipping ManagerMonitor and track attendance dailyReport, research and resolve issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely mannerProvide administrative support for the Shipping Manager/LeadDevelop and maintain a working knowledge and understanding of all Shipping technologyAll other duties as assigned

This is what you will need:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphereSkilled at multi-tasking and managing competing prioritiesWorking knowledge of Word and ExcelDetail oriented and accurateDemonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity dataMust be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and eveningsAbility to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
