Cleared Sr. Structural Analyst

Perform stress and loads analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures, equipment racks, and interior items using classical methods and finite element techniques. Provide design support, stress analysis, and liaison support for modification projects.

Job Requirements:

Classical stress analysis Finite Element Analysis using MSC/NASTRAN and PATRAN Analysis of aircraft structural repairs Preparation of stress reports for aircraft certification Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Skills:

Fatigue and damage tolerance analysis Knowledge of commercial and military aircraft certification requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct stress analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures Provide stress support for new designs Offer stress support to liaison engineering Prepare detailed stress analysis reports

Education:

Minimum of B.S. in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field of study

Experience:

Minimum of 18 years in aircraft structural analysis Experience with modification of transport category and general aviation aircraft is beneficial

Pay Details: $80.00 to $110.00 per hour
