Job Description Insight Global is looking for a talented Cleared Technical Project Manager to join one of their top federal clients at Hill Air Force Base on a large defensive weaponry program. This individual will be joining the Information Services team and will be supporting the Mission of Strategic Deterrence through continuous improvements and innovation where your role would be to provide technical expertise to the customer in developing and maintaining robust program operational tools and processes. Some of your responsibilities would include:  - Analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of networks hardware/software and database management  - Collaborate with customer in the development of current and future program requirements  - Communicate with varying levels of leadership to address issues in efforts of driving projects to their completion and communicate complex technical details to a non-technical audience  - Oversee and evaluate plans and criteria for technical activities and make recommendations for alternatives as required  - Model and demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety and security  - Direct, integrate, manage, and track program and project activities, including segments of major projects  - Review the status of projects, manage schedules , and prepare status reports  - Identify technology opportunities and coordinate system and application strategies  - Prepare program roadmaps, project execution plans and identify technical and business resources  - Help to increase efficiencies through defining and improving process flows  - Develop trusted relationships with internal and external customers and then communicate daily with those individuals related to assigned program areas We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of total experience in a technical environment  - Experience and understanding of networking and networking infrastructure   - Switches, hash cables, jacks, routers, face plates, etc. - Additional technical knowledge of systems, and application security, as well as a solid understanding of enterprise-level security frameworks, policies, processes, and standards. 1-2+ years of experience in Project Management  - Experience communicating, collaborating, and presenting to senior leadership and customers Ability to works in a cross functional environment to accomplish scheduled driven priorities in a timely manner Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills Bachelors Degree in a technical field Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SAP Ability to sit onsite at Hill AFB daily (located in Clearfield, UT) Active Top Secret Clearance Experience working in an Agile environment Experience utilizing MS Projects for planning, tracking, reporting, and collaboration for Project Management purposes Experience utilizing Jira and Confluence for planning, tracking, reporting, and collaboration for Project Management purposes Experience managing solutions in virtual environments PMP Certification null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
