Analysts are often responsible for a variety of simultaneous projects, including developing valuation models and analyses, compiling industry research, writing and preparing presentation materials and interacting with clients on engaged transactions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
