Use ETL tools to build and support Customer Integrations, aid in improving business processes and efficiency through software enhancement and implementation of Customer Systems. **What you’ll do:** Assist CSI Team with the following functions in the Customer Systems Integrations areas: Assess customer requests for new or modified systems integration functionality and write business specifications + Review desired change with customer requested and prepare specification document accordingly + Complete technical specifications Participate in solution build analysis, design, development and programming. + Review needs requirements and suggest solution alternatives + Participate in solution prototyping for validation + Participate in solution development Test/design new or modified application functionality to business specification + Execute tests to ensure that the change matches the desired functionality + Perform tests to determine application performance, including effect on existing, or planned changes, to functionalities Review and maintain customer integration related data interfaces + Manage the daily/weekly/monthly file load and data transfer processes and review for completeness to ensure data integrity Serve as support for customers + Respond to broad range of questions from customers, from simple to complex issues Assist in ad-hoc reporting and analysis + Provide reports for ad-hoc requests **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Mathematics, Engineering and Business Management fields or equivalent experience. + 4 to 6 years of experience with data transformation tools is required. + Proficient with SQL, cXML, EDI, JSON, API's and ETL Tools. + Familiarity with Cleo Clarify is an advantage. **_Why join us?_** We don’t just “talk the talk!” We’re an award-winning company (recently named a Glassdoor Best Place to Work in 2023) that truly cares about our people - That’s why we offer best-in-class benefits and perks that will support you and your family.
