Our client, a leading provider in the logistics industry, is seeking a Clerical professional to join their team. As a Clerical team member, you will be part of the administrative support unit, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Clerical
**Location:** Atlanta, GA
**Pay Range:** Based on experience.
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide administrative support for the facility, including clerical and financial bookkeeping tasks.
+ Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming mail in a courteous manner.
+ Prepare reports, letters, memos, and presentations as directed.
+ Process accounts payable and assist with budget preparation.
+ Maintain confidentiality of all documents and promote a safe work environment.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED with three years of general office experience or equivalent.
+ Proficiency in SAP software, AS/400, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
+ Strong customer service skills and a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
