Clerical Assistant, UHS Home Care PHC United Health Services is seeking a Clerical Assistant to join our Administration And General 08 department at UHS Home Care PHC in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible. Shift Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $14.50 - $18.85 per hour, depending on experience. Overview The Clerical Assistant will have strong verbal and communication skills along with good customer service skills. Is responsible for the efficient workflow of the receptionist area including receiving and responding to phone calls and mail. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; including excel spreadsheets. Strong typing and editing skills of documents as requested. Comfortable accessing system EHR to assist with call triage and a positive patient experience.
