The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Manager/Department and will be responsible for general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Perform general clerical duties, including: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel Create Power Point presentations and spreadsheets , as needed.Answer telephones and route calls as necessary.Meet and Great visitors to department.Other duties as assigned .Minimum Qualifications - Minimum 3 years clerical experience Must have strong Microsoft Office knowledge Excellent communication skills ( oral and written) Ability to Prioritize tasks and multitask. Strong organizational skillsPreferred experience with Oracle and Viziya Scheduler
