Clerical Representative Onbase Indexer

**Job Description:**
Provides extraordinary care to our customers through friendly, courteous, and professional service through a broad understanding of account handling processes, extraordinary interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Scope
1.Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mailsystems, and personal computers.
2. Monitors centralized mailbox to distribute incoming patient documents appropriately.
3. Reviews incoming faxes and distributes them appropriately.
4. Prepares outgoing mail.
5. Maintains supplies needed for onsite office operations.
6. Answers telephone, directs calls, and takes messages.
7. Reviews scheduling requests and makes outbound calls to schedule patient for contract appointments.
8. Manages the flow of patients scheduled in the office.
9. Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Six (6) months experience in clerical setting is required
Preferred
Six (6) months experience in a healthcare clerical setting is preferred

**Physical Requirements:**

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$18.29 - $21.88
