Clerical Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.
What you will do:
Greeting patients and administering check- in and registrationPreparing chartsAnswers multi-line phone and triages calls.Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and proceduresCompletes a variety of clerical and data entry assignments.Creates and maintains a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment.Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required1 years' experience in healthcare preferred.Excellent computer abilities. Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with medical terminology. Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.Position Highlights and Benefits:
