Your duties may include tasks such as scheduling appointments and transportation, greeting families and visitors. Clerical duties such as answering telephones, typing, filing, photocopying and maintaining and ordering supplies, accounting/booking keeping duties. You will also be responsible for all scheduling duties such as ESP entry. In addition you may be required to porter residents within the facility and assist with feeding and lifting under direct supervision.
You must have Grade 12 supplemented with office administration courses and / or Clerk / Reception experience. Experience in continuing care is an asset, as well as demonstrated ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team. You must have previouscomputer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

A current and clear Criminal Records Check Form and if applicable a Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
