Description We are providing a short term contract employment opportunity for a Clerk role, based in Middleton, Massachusetts. As a part of our team, the chosen candidate will perform a variety of tasks related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Warehouse Inventory functions. Responsibilities: • Effectively manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions. • Ensure accurate and efficient handling of payroll activities. • Maintain and update warehouse inventory records as required. • Resolve inquiries related to AP, AR, payroll, and warehouse inventory. • Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking necessary action when required. • Review and verify customer credit applications. • Maintain customer credit records with utmost accuracy. • Assist with various clerical duties as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory. • Proficiency in managing Payroll is required. • Practical knowledge of Warehouse Inventory is essential. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong numerical skills and the ability to work with financial software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred. • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
