Qualifications: Required: + High school graduate or equivalent. + Minimum of 0-6 months prior experience. + Effective communication skills + Must be able to enter data and retrieve data from the hospital information system + May be scheduled to work weekends and overtime based upon the needs of the department Preferred: Essential Functions: + Opens Clinical Lab Office + Registers Andrology patients + Calls in critical results to physicians and nursing homes + Processes out to the state newborn screenings + Schedules appointments + Registers and drop off specimens and orders from submitters + Scans requisitions + Answers telephones, enters prescribed data into computer systems, and performs general clerical work. + Performs additional tasks as requested Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
