Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent 

PREFERRED EDUCATION: Associates Degree from accredited college 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years in healthcare environment, customer service or related field 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Bi-lingual in Spanish

POSITION SUMMARY

Performs receptionist and clerical duties in daily operations of the Pregnancy Testing Center. Registers patients and provides assistance to uninsured /underinsured patients with documents for Medicaid coverage and promotes Baptist Health System Women’s services. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
