Clerk - Corpus Christi, Tx

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm -Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Clerk will work closely with the on-site management team by maintaining day-to-day office duties. Additional responsibility include On-Boarding, Employee Relations and working closely with senior Management in supporting the Job Sites/locations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide customer service for the receipt, delivery, and dispatch of official regular and accountable mail. Provide window service for collection of official mail for dispatch. Ensure proper documentation of accountable mail transactions. Ensure correct processing of all addressed official mail. X-ray/ION Scan all incoming mail/parcels for suspicious and/or hazardous/dangerous material. Maintain accountability for postal expenditures. Process and secure all incoming and outgoing USPS packages. Safeguard all government property and documentation. Ensure orderliness of areas used for offices, storage, maintenance of equipment, etc., including lobby area, loading dock, and parking area. Comply with documentation requirements in accordance with Unites States Postal Service, U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense Directives, and TRDI. Attend required training and meetings. Perform other duties as advised/directed by Project Manager and/or Supervisor.

etc.).
