The Clerk II provides exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, colleagues, faculty, and students while assisting with parking-related inquiries, including permits, citations, and access issues. Responsibilities include processing payments, distributing parking permits, managing intercom communications, and maintaining records in various applications. This role also supports major projects, data entry, and badge creation for the Loyola Medicine access program. Additionally, the representative may assist at multiple campus locations (LUMC, MacNeal, and Gottlieb) as needed.
