What you’ll do:
The Clerk II is generally responsible for the regional clerical support for Parking Services, and customer service for all patients, visitors, colleagues, non-colleagues, and faculty.
The Clerk II provides exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, colleagues, faculty, and students while assisting with parking-related inquiries, including permits, citations, and access issues. Responsibilities include processing payments, distributing parking permits, managing intercom communications, and maintaining records in various applications. This role also supports major projects, data entry, and badge creation for the Loyola Medicine access program. Additionally, the representative may assist at multiple campus locations (LUMC, MacNeal, and Gottlieb) as needed. Other duties may be assigned by the Regional Manager of Parking Services.

Pay Range: $15.30 - $18.51 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
