The Clerk IV is responsible for answering telephones, redirecting calls, multi-tasking other reception activities including professionally greeting individuals, guardians, families, vendors and guest coming into the office. The Clerk IV will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing mail is managed efficiently and timely and will also assist all staff with copying, mailing, investigation process, and filing into established files/records. This person will share responsibility in the upkeep and maintenance demands of office equipment, such as filling the paper and toner in the copiers, printers, and fax machines and seeking out repairs as necessary.
The Clerk IV should have excellent organizational skills and extensive experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. The Clerk IV will learn to navigate established data systems such as: Meditech and HCSIS (Home and Community Services Information System). The Clerk IV must be able to understand and follow moderately complex oral and written instructions and able to collect, compile and interpret data and prepare complex reports.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with Saturday and Sunday Off.
Flexibility required to meet the needs of the Area Office.
