The responsibilities of the Clerk will be split between two Clerks with both having the ability to perform all functions as needed. **Responsibilities:** + Manage time for union personnel by reviewing/correcting time for accuracy keeping in line with contract rules and agreements. + Maintain electronic timesheets and other spreadsheets used in the process of timekeeping which requires the use of Excel formulas. + Respond to all inquiries regarding time including paid time off and assisting with time issue resolutions. + Manage and maintain all timekeeping related records. + Assist with timekeeping software integrations when necessary. + Accurately enter invoices into software systems in a timely manner. + Resolve invoice issues and respond to payment inquiries and requests. + Charge expenses to correct accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports. + Communicate with vendors and assist in setting up vendor profiles. Verify federal ID numbers; Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos. + Maintain accounts payable files. + Process accounts receivable and maintain related files. + Maintain station procedures/policies including making revisions and/or creating new procedures/policies with the assistance of station personnel and managing the workflow process for such. Assist with distribution and management of related inspection forms. + Maintain office supplies and office equipment. + Participate in daily meetings, prepare and post a Daily Report. + Create and maintain miscellaneous informational lists and documents. + Retrieve, sort and distribute mail. + Assist with coordinating plant events. + Other administrative duties as assigned. **Requirements:** + High School diploma or GED required + Possess a valid driver’s license + 3-5 years prior experience preferred + Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required + Workday, Maximo, SAP, and SmartProcedures experience desired This is a union position with medical, dental, vision, 401k, and vacation benefits. The pay range is $25.12 - $32.85 per hour based upon experience and qualifications.
