Summary:Administers the accurate tracking and management of maintenance, operations, and engineering management systems. This position will be actively involved in day-to-day operations supporting Maintenance Management through the use of JD Edwards CMMS software and other computer-based systems. Search for, identify, and order parts needed for repairs. Accurately enter information into various systems in a timely manner. Ability to work rotating shifts, straight shifts (nights or days) and weekends as business needs require.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: (Management reserves the right to add or modify the duties and responsibilities at any time.)Opens and Closes Work OrdersInputs the craftsmen’s labor hoursPrints W/O’s and pick ticketsOrders non-inventory parts and tracks non-inventory itemsCoordinates Oil SamplingManages Asset Management Systems – E1, Safety information systems, Asset Tracking, Inventory Management, Overtime Equity, Vacation Scheduling, Time EntryTrack Warranty ClaimsCommunicates Operations Needs with Maintenance Foremen and ManagersPrepares Daily Activity ReportsPerforms other duties as assigned by Maintenance Foremen and General Foremen
