Duties include tasks to improve workflow and simplify reporting procedures. The ideal candidate is expected to be highly organized, detailed oriented, and demonstrate strong computer competence. Duties and Responsibilities The part-time OPS Clerk Specialist will be responsible for: • Performing routine clerical and administrative functions. • Analyzing operating practices and procedures. • Filing, maintaining, storing, retrieving, or reproducing documents, records, and reports. • Tracking Program-related data. • Preparing resources and other informational materials. • Working on special projects as assigned. • Assisting staff, project partners, and stakeholders, as necessary.
