MAJOR FUNCTION:
  
To assist in the operation of the Inspira Health Gift and/or Thrift Shops. This includes, but is not limited to, the merchandising and staffing involved in running a retail or resale establishment. Assist in the coordination, training and mentoring/supervision of the volunteers working in the Gift and Thrift Shops.







QUALIFICATIONS:
 

A. Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  

B. Experience:
  

A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or resale business. Excellent verbal, written and training skills needed to operate a retail/resale establishment. Knowledge of general accounting. Superior customer service/ customer relations skills.
