Job Title: CLIA Lab Technician

Job Description

The CLIA Lab Technician will work closely with the General and Technical teams to ensure the success of departmental goals and initiatives. You will be proactive in completing tasks and assignments, reporting any issues or problems to the General team. Routine participation in laboratory cleaning according to established SOPs, as well as troubleshooting and logical problem-solving, are essential.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for sample accession, sample testing, and sample reporting.Perform routine proficiency testing.Conduct operational qualification on instruments.Follow all lab policies and procedures.Essential SkillsExperience with CLIA, Q-PCR, Real Time PCR, and LIMS.Proficiency in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) tasks and liquid handling.Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills.Work Environment

You will work in a CLIA testing lab with a Monday to Friday shift. The lab promotes a long tenure, offers great benefits once hired, and provides holiday pay for contractors. The organization values internal promotion

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00
