In this role, you will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks in a busy office setting. From greeting clients and managing their records to ensuring accurate scheduling and payments, you will help create a seamless experience for everyone. Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome clients to the office, verify personal information, and ensure accurate documentation.
· Schedule and manage client appointments while verifying benefits and eligibility.
· Collect and process payments, providing receipts and ensuring accurate transaction records.
· Resolve client concerns and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
· Maintain and prepare client health records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
· Support the office environment by keeping the waiting area organized and equipment operational.
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Previous customer service experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications:
· Reliable transportation to the assigned location.
· Strong customer service skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
· Excellent typing and computer skills.
· Successful completion of a background check, including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect checks.
· Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:
· Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amounts frequently.
· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing.
· Primarily involves sitting but may require occasional walking or standing.
