As a Client Access Representative, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling process, collecting payments, and ensuring that client paperwork is accurate and up-to-date. Your ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism will be essential in creating a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and verify personal information, payment methods, and insurance details to ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Schedule appointments for clinicians and manage client benefits and eligibility inquiries.
• Handle appointment cancellations and no-shows according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and staff to resolve any issues that arise during visits.
• Maintain accurate client health records and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and balance daily cash transactions.
• Verify and coordinate client referrals as needed.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records effectively to manage client information.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate areas while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a tidy waiting room and reception area to create a welcoming environment.
• Participate in service monitors and quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by leadership.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications:
• Must have reliable transportation to get to the assigned area.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to multi-task while being a team player.
• Excellent organization and typing skills, with proficiency in computer usage.

Physical Requirements:
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
• Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
