As a Client Access Representative, you will serve as the face of our organization, performing essential receptionist and clerical duties in our clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling clients, collecting payments, and maintaining updated client paperwork to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership teamRepresent Burrell Behavioral Health in a professional and collaborative mannerSchedule and reschedule client appointments efficientlyProcess client intake paperwork and maintain accurate recordsCollect client cost shares for appointmentsCollaborate with providers on managing cancellation listsAccurately fill out daily deposit logs and monitor financial transactionsScan and upload documents to client charts as needed

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service experience (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work with computers effectivelyExcellent typing and organizational skills
