We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in [location]. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Commercial Client Advisor will be part of an established and client-focused broking team, working on a variety of complex commercial insurance policies while providing exceptional customer service.
We will count on you to:
Work with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
Strive to meet sales goals by partnering with Account Executives.
Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
Manage all day-to-day queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
Perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks, reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials, developing solutions, articulating impact of options, leveraging prepared analytics, and making recommendations to clients across product lines.
What you need to have:
Commercial Insurance experience is essential; this can be from a Handler or Underwriting background.
An ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.

Cert CII qualification.
Working proficiency of Acturis is preferred; however, training can be provided.
