Position Overview
Our Client Advisors bring risk management solutions to both businesses and individuals. Your primary focus will be on prospecting / identifying, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients (small, medium, large) leveraging our unique niche (that we look forward to sharing with you.) While your focus is selling commercial lines risk solutions, you are also empowered to help with their personal lines insurance needs. In fact, World's investments in risk management solutions means that there is not one prospective client that you would not be able to help. You will never have to say "no -sorry, I am unable to help you!" Imagine the potential.
Primary Responsibilities
Identify / prospect and cultivate new business with a focus on commercial accountsEngage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through your funnel to closingLeverage World's incredible platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners - At World, you will have access to the resources to help any client solve any challenge including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth / private client, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services.Qualifications
Previous sales experience selling solutions to business ownersPrevious insurance experience can be helpful but is not required - some of our very best Client Advisors came from other industriesWhile a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, not having completed a Bachelor's degree does not stop some top sales people. New York State Pay Transparency
As a World Insurance Client Advisor, your compensation is tied to your effort and your performance. We offer a base salary plus commissions as well as a full suite of employee benefits including a 401k match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $200,000 based on your experience. With annual bonuses, there is potential to earn significantly more.
