Client Advisory Analyst

As part of the newly created Client Advisory Specialist team, the primary responsibility of the Client Advisory Analyst is to support the Client Advisory Specialists and Advisor Consultants to build and maintain the intermediary sales team’s growing business.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support the Broker-Dealer field sales team in all aspects of building and maintaining client partnerships with financial advisors and centers of influence
+ Develop strong relationships with groups within NB to articulate, process and resolve client requests and manage deadlines; ensure a superior client experience by coordinating deliverables with the sales team, specialists, home office relationship managers and the marketing team
+ Analyze competitive landscape and portfolio characteristics across strategies for product onboarding, research advocacy, and discretionary model placement
+ Prepare analytical reports and support the sales team through the pipeline management process
+ Play an integral role in creating client deliverables; engage with colleagues for periodic/ad hoc requests and maintain quality control oversight
+ Assist with client database (SalesForce.com) management and identification of opportunities across client segments
+ Support Client Advisory Specialists and Advisor Consultants with event and sponsorship planning
+ Create customized presentations on the state of our business for senior management and key internal stakeholders
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 1-3 years’ asset management sales or marketing experience (intermediary or institutional experience preferred)
+ Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow up skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage/prioritize multiple projects; coordinate with various internal stakeholders
+ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Morningstar
+ Highly motivated with a self-starter mindset
+ Strong interest in investments, investment products, asset allocation and capital markets
+ Progress toward CFA or CAIA is a plus, but not required
+ Series 7, 63 and 65 or Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or obtained within 6 months of hire)

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $75,000-$85,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
