We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic thinker to join our advisory team. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance their competitive position in the market. The Client Advisory Director will provide expert guidance on market trends, competitive analysis, and business development opportunities, helping to shape our clients’ future direction and success. Your ability to understand and address client needs will help our team foster long-term partnerships and drive success.

About the Role :

In this opportunity as a Client Advisory Director, your Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities will be:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve our clients' goals and objectives, in collaboration with the leadership team and other stakeholders.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and provide recommendations to our clients' leadership teams.

Analyze financial performance and provide strategic guidance to improve profitability and efficiency.

Identify and evaluate potential business development opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, lateral hires, and new practice areas.

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and other stakeholders to stay informed about market needs and trends.

Provide strategic guidance on branding, marketing, and communications initiatives to enhance our clients' reputation and visibility.

Collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop and implement strategies and business plans.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and provide guidance to our clients' leadership on their implications.

About You

You're a great fit for the role of Client Advisory Director if you have:

Advanced degree in law, business, or a related field (e.g., MBA, JD, LLB).

At least 5 years of experience in a strategic advisory role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong understanding of the legal industry and market trends.

Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and reports.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and develop business cases.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
