Client Advisory Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

Team Management: Day-to-day management, training and personal development of Client Advisors.

Collaboration: Work closely with other Team Leaders and the Manchester leadership team to develop strategies for client service, growth, and recruitment.

Client Engagement: Liaise with Marsh Client Executives and brokers to strategise insurance placements and renewals.

Market Interaction: Prepare market presentations, negotiate terms with insurers, and analyse quotes to secure the best coverage and premiums for clients.

Reporting: Assist in preparing client reports and strive for excellence in client service.

Requirements

Experience: Previous team leadership or management experience preferred, with a background in account handling for medium to large UK and global accounts.

Skills: Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple challenges, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications: Cert CII qualification is essential; ACII or equivalent is preferred.
