Client Analytics & Lead Finance Officer Team - Risk & Control Lead - Senior Vice President
The Client Analytics & Lead Finance Officer Team - Senior Vice President position is a Finance Risk & Control role responsible for leading all aspects of governance for the newly created Client Analytics & LFO organization. This is a new team, tasked with enhancements to Citi-wide Client financials, including end-to-end data flows, systems, allocations and attributions, and appropriate usages of the various views of Client financials. The role is responsible for developing and enhancing governance processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and control, as well as ensure alignment with Citi standards and compliance with key regulatory requirements. In fulfilling this mandate, the role will collaborate closely with the governance and control partners across Finance, Independent Risk Management and Internal Audit. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proven ability to work together with multiple stakeholders across a variety of disciples. The candidate must be able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment without close supervision and with colleagues who may not be in the same geographic location. **Responsibilities:** + Define the governance and control requirements and framework for target state client financials, including policies and procedures + Design and implement an integrated policy structure and governance framework for all aspects of client financials + Structure and conduct workshops with senior stakeholders across Finance, Business, and Technology to agree on interim and end state governance and control requirements to achieve client financials program + Build partnership with Finance COO and global/regional FP&A, Capital, Treasury, Risk, Strategy, and business stakeholders for their participation in the design and implementation of governance requirements + Develop oversight capacity for MCAs across Client Analytics & LFO teams + Identify and enhance key controls and ensure monitoring tools are appropriate and effective to identify control deficiencies. + Provide support during regulatory and audit engagements of Client financials as needed + Lead preparation of materials to governance and control forums (e.g., BRCC). **Qualifications:** + 10+ years of relevant experience + Experience within financial services + Experience establishing governance frameworks and processes + Proficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint + Knowledge in additional systems including Oracle, Essbase, and SAP + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication ​ **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree/University degree required, Masters preferred. + Master’s degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Finance ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Financial Planning & Analysis ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $163,600.00 - $245,400.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
