We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join a large advisory team in the Cincinnati Market. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, passionate about helping others chart their financial lives, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include:

• Schedule appointments for members of the team
• Gather and process information needed for account opening and maintenance
• Issue checks and transfer funds for clients between accounts and outside UBS
• Prepare documents, presentations and other materials for client and prospect meetings
• Print and mail account statements and other account documents for clients on request
• Educate clients on UBS services and account features
• Greet clients and prospects and welcome them into the office when they arrive
• Proactively engage with clients and visitors to anticipate their needs in the spirit of providing exemplary customer service
