We are seeking a highly motivated Client Associate to join the Swiss Client Coverage team in Zurich. You will support the local team in their day-to-day activities and will work in an international environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic person to build upon their experience with the goal of becoming a Relationship Manager.

Job Description:

Support the Senior Client Coverage team in their day-to-day client activity and strategic initiatives.Organise prospective client related activity, including but not limited to client presentations and request for proposals. Ensure all activity follows the regulatory framework.Provide essential administrative support to the Client Coverage team including data base management, maintaining the CRM system, producing pipeline activity and call reports, and assisting with Client and Product mapping to help enhance the overall sales processes.Conduct market research and assist the team on appropriate business strategies and client analysis.

Key Requirements / Qualifications:

Work experience in financial industry, including private banking, asset management, consulting or investment bankingUniversity/FH-Graduate or equivalentA self-starter, that works in a precise and timely manner, who can take ownership to move initiatives forwardExcellent team player and sociableStrong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skillsResult driven & ability to set priorities when working on several tasksLanguages: proficient in German (C1 or better), fluent in English, French and/or Italian is a plus
