Imagine360 is seeking a Client Banking Specialist! The Client Banking Specialist - Check Processing is responsible for compiling, calculating, reconciling, and posting financial data to maintain accurate client banking records and produce detailed financial reports for our clients. This role involves producing and distributing check run reports, managing client funding requests, and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. The Specialist also plays a key role in supporting the team's daily activities to achieve quality and production metrics, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to continuous quality improvement efforts. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software are essential for success in this position.\n

Position Location: 100% remote\n

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n

Financial and Accounting Procedures\n\nProduce and distribute check run reports to clients daily.\nRequest and follow up on funding from clients.\nUpdate tracking of all client check runs.\nDistribute client notifications for check runs daily and in a timely manner.\nRelease check runs as client authorizations are received, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\nPerform backup duties and other tasks as assigned.\n\n

Customer Service\n\nDemonstrate core values in customer service delivery, acting as a role model.\nProvide timely and thorough follow-up with internal and external customers.\nAppropriately escalate difficult issues up the chain of command.\n\n

Quality Assurance\n\nAdhere to department policies and procedures.\nReview and\/or audit team's work to ensure quality and procedural measures are met.\nActively participate in Client Banking staff meetings and cross-departmental meetings.\nServe on committees, work groups, and\/or process improvement teams, as assigned, to assist in improving quality and customer satisfaction.\nRecognize and alert appropriate supervisor of trends within their scope of responsibility that fall outside of quality parameters.\nMonitor own quality performance to meet established goals.\nProvide ongoing feedback to help optimize quality performance.\n\n

Required Experience\/Education:\n\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\n2+ years related work experience (Examples include TPA, report analysis or bookkeeping\n\n

Skills and Abilities:\n\nStrong ability to reconcile funding accounts and transactions.\nPrior experience in bank reconciliation (e.g., Business Banking, Treasury Management, Funds Movement Process) strongly preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.\nBasic bookkeeping knowledge.\nProficiency in 10-key and typing skills.\nAbility to follow up on assigned work and obtain proper review and approval.\nCompetence in gathering and analyzing information for problem resolution.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong attention to detail.\nPositive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.\nAbility to meet deadlines, handle stress, and interact professionally with others.\nexperience.)\n\n
