Client Banking Supervisor

Imagine360 is seeking a Client Banking Supervisor! The Client Banking Supervisor - role requires an experienced individual with demonstrated leadership qualities and proficient knowledge of financial processes, including bank account and new client setup, understanding of stop loss and claims check registers, account reconciliation, treasury\/cash management, and building ledgers. In addition to overseeing these processes, this position drives client communication, facilitates training sessions, develops, and documents department policies and procedures, provides guidance on issues, answers questions, coordinates daily activities to ensure team success, and monitors quality and production metrics.\n

Position Location: 100% remote\n

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nSupervisory duties\n\n\nManage team member requests for time off and ensure coverage for critical duties is maintained in the absence of others in the department.\nAssign incoming email queries from team group inboxes and ensure timely follow-up when necessary.\nAssist with the training schedules for new team members.\n\n\nPerform financial and accounting procedures as assigned.\nEnsure accurate completion of the client renewal process.\nLead the new client\/conversion process to ensure timely completion of all department steps.\nDevelop and document department policies and procedures.\nVerify, monitor, and resolve funding and banking items such as client refunds, NSF items, voided checks, and reissued checks.\n\n\nWorkflow Management\nSupervising department activities to meet client deadlines and productivity standards, while adhering to internal and external performance benchmarks.\nEnsure that task-related goals are on track and successfully achieved.\nFacilitate workflow and offer backup support to team members as needed.\nAssist with or delegate special projects as assigned.\nEnsure accurate completion and proper communication of reporting requirements.\nReview existing processes and procedures and develop recommendations for enhancements and efficiencies.\n\n\nCustomer Service\nDemonstrate core values in customer service delivery.\nProvide timely and thorough follow-up with internal and external customers.\nEscalate difficult issues up the chain of command as needed.\n\n\nQuality Assurance\nPerform reviews and audits of other employees' work to ensure quality and procedural measures are met.\nActively participate in Client Banking staff meetings and cross-departmental meetings.\nServe on committees, work groups, and process improvement teams to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.\nIdentify and report trends falling outside quality parameters.\nMonitor own quality performance and develop plans to meet established goals.\nProvide ongoing feedback to optimize quality performance.\n\n

Required Experience\/Education:\n\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience\n5+ years related work experience, including 2+ years supervising staff\nPrior Client Banking experience (i.e., Business Banking, Treasury Management, Funds movement process, Claims funding etc.) preferred. \n\n

Skills and Abilities:\n\nProficient in Excel, Word, and Access.\nBasic bookkeeping knowledge.\nProficient in 10-key and typing.\nAbility to follow-up on work assigned and obtain proper review and approval.\nAbility to gather and analyze information for problem resolution.\nProficient in communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong attention to detail.\nPositive attitude and above average customer service skills.\nAbility to meet deadlines, handle stress, and interact professionally with others.\n\n
