The Client Care Advisor is responsible for delivering luxury best-in-class client experience across multiple contact channels, by listening to each clients personal needs and addressing it through an elevated and authentic approach.This individual will be responsible for achieving and exceeding client service goals and commercial sales targets. Role will be based in Singapore east, with a hybrid work approach.

Sales Execution

Build trust and loyalty with clients to achieve consistent sales success that surpasses goals Assist clients with product selections using consultative and strategic selling skills Assist in fulfilling any client order requests, including the sale process and shipping, in a timely manner Resolve order-related issues by liaising between client and internal/external groups: Ecommerce/Warehouse/Operations/Merchandising departments Reinforce client development as sales strategy to sell and grow outreach business day by day

Provide a level of service that our clients value and an experience that distinguishes Tiffany Consult with our clients to understand their needs to propose appropriate products Resolve order-related issues by liaising between client and internal/external groups (Digital/Warehouse/Operations/Merchandising) Ensure all after sales enquiries are responded to in an appropriate and timely manner Ensure that collectively as a team we achieve our client centric KPI consistently As a brand ambassador, represent the brand in a professional manner that builds on client experience Have a sound understanding of our products and services to better fulfill clients needs Actively seek for the latest and most updated information relative to lifestyle and luxury needs and trends to be able to support and understand the needs of our clients Strives to leave the client with a positive client experience after every contact

Qualifications

High School Certificate or Equivalent. Previous customer service experience in retail or call center environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Possess excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to handle calls objectively, when speaking with customers who may be irate, and ability to diffuse customer situations independently or under the guidance of a coordinator or supervisor. Familiarity with website technology, website navigation and terminology associated with internet commerce. Flexible working availability, including evenings and weekends.
